OBEY Clothing offers a 30-day return window for all unwashed, unworn, and original-tagged merchandise purchased through our online store. We strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their gear, providing a straightforward process for returns and size exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal to ensure trackable delivery.

• 3.
  Pack the Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
